Sophie Morrell is a British conceptual artist whose work explores notions around light, time and space.

Motivated by the intimate relationship that photography shares with our external world, Sophie’s work endeavours into our ways of navigating reality that challenge the way we both see and experience the external world and ourselves within it.

Sophie obtained a BA(Hons) First class degree in Photography at the University of Portsmouth in 2022. Sophie continued her studies, achieving her master’s degree a year later.

Sophie has exhibited in both Portsmouth and London, UK.
